Yoga classes
Yoga is an ancient philosophical system which works on all three parts of the human beings – physical, emotional and mental . Through the yoga classes we gradually learn to incorporate the yogic principles in our everyday life. Yoga classes will give us an in-depth knowledge of ourselves, of our body limitations , mind fluctuations and emotional ups and downs. By knowing all our human parts better, we will be able to improve smoothly our physical abilities, emotional balance and to focus mentally better. In the classes we will learn how to use the yoga techniques, how to perform safely the physical exercises, how to meditate and to breathe in a certain way to improve mental clarity and emotional well-being.
